Phil Greifeld
Chief Executive Officer
Phil Greifeld currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Huddle House, Inc., an Atlanta-based restaurant franchisor with approximately 420 franchised and company owned restaurants in 17 states.
In prior positions with Huddle House Inc., he has served as Senior Vice President, Office of the President and Chief Administrative Officer, Vice President of Finance/Administration. Phil started his career at Douglass & Waters, Inc. and has a total of 12 years of industry experience. He resides in the Atlanta area with his wife and two children.

Claudia Levitas
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Claudia Koeppel Levitas is responsible for all legal matters. She also oversees the Human Resources department of the corporate office as well as company operated units.
Claudia joined Huddle House in 1995. Prior to her current position, she was an Associate at Ginsburg, Feldman and Bress, Chartered located in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Bar Association-Business Law Section and Forum on Franchising and the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She is a 1990 graduate of George Washington University, National Law Center and resides in the Atlanta area with her husband and two children.

Mike Wiemers
Vice President of Operations
Mike Wiemers is responsible for store operations and the training department. He also oversees company stores.
Mike joined Huddle House in 1999. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President of Training with Huddle House. Mike has also worked as Director of Operations for both Wendy's and Pancho's. He resides in the Atlanta area with his wife and four children.

Tom Cossuto
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Cossuto joined Huddle House in 2005. Tom began his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Stamford, CT. He then spent over 14 years with PepsiCo Inc. in various financial management positions. During his time with PepsiCo he held the position of Assistant Controller for KFC Worldwide as well as served as the Senior Director of Management Analysis for PepsiCo Restaurants International. Tom graduated from Boston College magna cum laude, passed the CPA exam and resides with his wife and three children in Alpharetta, GA.

Susan Franck
Vice President of Marketing
Susan Franck is responsible for marketing, media, menu development, and public relations.
Susan joined Huddle House in 2006. Prior to her current position, she served as Director of Field Marketing and Media for Blimpie International and in marketing leadership roles for IHOP restaurants. Susan is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is an active member of the Marketing Executive Group.

Nathan Ballard
Vice President of Distribution
Nathan Ballard is responsible for all Warehousing, Transportation and Customer Service functions.
Nathan joined Huddle House in 2004 and is a 10 year veteran of food and materials distribution. Prior to joining Huddle House, he held transportation management positions with industry leaders A&P Supermarkets and GAF Materials Corporation. He currently resides in the Atlanta area with his wife and 2 sons.
